A modern stone villa on the hill above Ksamil, with an infinity pool that seems to pour straight into the Ionian Sea. Four bedrooms open onto terraces, and the four islands are a ten-minute walk away.
The space
Open-plan living and kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs and a separate guest suite by the pool. The outdoor kitchen and long dining table are made for slow dinners at sunset.
Getting around
Ksamil centre and the beaches are 10 minutes on foot. Butrint National Park is a 6-minute drive and Sarandë port 20 minutes.
